- Move projects to other step - Admins can now move multiple projects to another step based on current filtered view. It is available for free workflow programs only.
- Discard/Restore projects - Admins can now discard/restore multiple projects at the same time.
- Update deliverables by admins (all steps) - Admins can now edit deliverables of any project in any step, even if step is over.
- New question kind supported: Phone - Admins can now define properties of type phone. Admins can also edit phone answers within deliverables in the project view
- Make sure categories and project summary are always visible in project view. It was already the case in the header but until now it was disappearing when scrolling down.
- Improve the manage members option in order to automatically refresh and update project overview after addition or removal of team member.
- SPA migration of the program images/visuals. The migration comes with a new layout allowing admins to preview the platform location impacted by their changes. This provides a significant help for program setups. The management of images for different languages is also improved in this new layout
- SPA migration of the sitemap
- Translation center improvement:
- Rename the โReload translationsโ into โRefresh platform contentโ to make it more obvious. As a reminder, this button needs to be clicked in order to apply one or several translation changes.
- Improve search bar behavior that was not working properly using long text, some translation keys, text contained in a translation, text containing html code,...
- Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) part 2 - Super admins are already able to configure MFA on the platforms since last release. The setting description has been updated in order to clearly describe the different options. For any new platform, MFA is now activated by default to level 1: for all administrators.
- New password complexity level 5 - In order to comply with new security standards and recommendations, we introduced a new password complexity level. Level 5 requires at least 12 characters including a numeric character, an upper-case, a lower-case letter, a special character and cannot contain part of the user name. Administrators can activate this option at any time. For the time being, any new platform still comes with level 4 by default. Level 5 will progressively become the new default in the future.

It was already the case until now on demo and sandboxes only. The sort by creation date was the remaining piece that prevented us from activating it on a platform with a regular usage. The activation will be properly planned with PM/CS team in order to make it smooth for ongoing programs and the ones to come in the future. This activation also comes with the activation of properties for challenges as well, along with all the existing functionalities related to the free workflow programs.

- New project card design - The layout of the cards has been improved. It is also the opportunity to display the progress % with more accuracy.

- Beta - Bulk edit (properties) - Admins can now use a bulk edit functionality to update properties of multiple projects at once.
- New program overview page for admins - The new default program page for admins is no longer the statistics page, it is now this new overview page. - New filtering capability (deliverables) - It is now possible to filter based on deliverables (question types with choices only, meaning drop down, single choice, multiple choice)
- New filtering capability (program step) - It is now possible to filter per program step. This is valuable especially using the catalog view. It is a prerequisite for future capabilities on which we are working on (bulk edition, use this new view on regular challenges.
- New property types supported and improved management - It is now possible to define new property types as properties, the list of properties and property creation layout has also been improved accordingly. The properties management has also been migrated to a side panel to be more user friendly. Please note that, as for new filtering capability for deliverables, only properties with choices can be used as filters in the Project Board. The supported types are now:

When creating an announcement, there is now an additional modale to define the step on which the announcement will be based.
- New platform pages (including landing pages) admin list layout - Platform pages are now listed in SPA (new generation pages). It is now more understandable from a user perspective
- [Security] New CSP header - This technical modification defines the rules regarding scripts allowed or not on the platform, especially regarding third party sources. Previously it was too permissive. We have conducted a long analysis end of 2023, simulating the activation of this rule to detect any legit usage on our platforms that would need to be allowed. We have iterated to modify the rule to be applied so that it allows all our legitimate usage while increasing the security. It is a topic that was regularly raised during pentests and client security scans.
- Partner API enhancement - User endpoint now returns the attribute created_via_api
- Webhook enhancement - A webhook can now be triggered as soon as a user gain points using the gamification system

- Super admin program list and program creation v2. The layout of the super admin programs list has been raised to a new level !!!! Programs are now reflecting more key data such as the total number of participants, languages, team or solo, type,... As a super admin, you can now filter based on these elements. On top of that, the program creation is now also capitalising on our ability to create programs from template. When creating a program, the UX/UI has been tremendously improved. The activation is currently ongoing (requires first a translation update that will be finalised tomorrow)

- filter by program. It is now possible to filter the leaderboard by program in order to get an adapted ranking.

- Ideas management kanban - new layout. The layout of the Ideas management kanban as been improved for the admin.
- Partner API
- User creation enhancement. When creating a user with the Partner API, it is now possible to create the user, assign the community(ies) and specify the answers to the registration form. It allows a full user creation from an outside system.
- Admin message. It is now possible to send a message from an admin to a team using the API.
- Trackers improvement. The endpoint now returns tracked team ids and accessibility token

- Autosubmission of complete participations at end of step. In case of linear program (i.e. challenges), complete participations are now automatically submitted at the end of a step. This improvement was required because the difference between complete and submitted is always ignored and it is confusing for clients.

- Portal / Hub - Posts. Super admins can now create dynamic content using this new feature. Posts can be created and published from the super admin section, following a predefined format with basic content to fill in. It is supported in all platform languages. Last but not least, these posts can be shared directly using their dedicated link and/or added directly in a platform page (landing page for instance) in a carousel block. This carousel block is currently being finalised by Billie and will consist of a code snippet to copy/paste on landing pages whenever this carousel needs to be used.

- Redesign of the โgamificationโ tab. The gamification tab is now reorganized in order to differentiate how points are given. The ability to activate/deactivate the feature is also more obvious for super admins.
- Super admin sidebar improvement: Creation of a new super admin section to manage content at platform level. This section now includes the landing page builder (renamed into pages as it allows to create several pages, not just only one), an easy access to the design studio for super admins, and will contain the posts management once ready.
- Global Announcements criteria improved. Criteria are now displayed only if they contain selectable values inside.
- Improved cards layout. Cards inside the Admin kanban now have an adjusted size depending on the content so that the full title and description can be displayed without being truncated.
- Password complexity default value. In order to comply with security standards, the default value of the password_security_level setting is now set to 4 when creating a new platform (maximum level). Also the description of the different levels has been added into the setting description.

- Global Announcements: Super admins can now send announcements to the whole list of platform users. With this feature, they no longer need to be participants to be contacted. Additionally, an advanced selection functionality based on various criterias (whether a user participated in a given program or not, based on user questions,...) allows to target a group of users efficiently. Users are receiving a notification inside the platform along with an email. Finally, it is also possible to create and send global announcements using the Partner API in order to use it in some separate scripts.
- Admin conversations update: The admin section dedicated to conversations with teams has been migrated to the new SPA system. The layout is similar to what you are used to but it comes with visual improvements such a preload page skeleton in order to make the โwaitโ period less frustrating for admins before anything is displayed. This refactor also prevents any recurring indexing issue related to this page.
- Admin kanban view: Show number of ideas linked to each filter: Before, the filters were not showing to how many ideas they were linked. This is now the case.
- Property settings: Improve layout and show number of ideas linked to each value: each value now has a specific color associated depending on whether the value is associated to ideas or not, it also show the number of ideas associated if any.
- New button to create a new idea/participation in participant space. If the multiparticipation is activated, when editing or after submitting an idea/participation, participants can now directly create a new idea/participation from their space. This is applicable to any kind of program types (challenges included)
- New button to go to highlighted juries from participant space. When a jury (assessment interface) is configured to be highlighted, it already adds a button in the program interface to link to this jury. A similar button is now added in the participant space, below the button added by the above mentioned feature.
- Display an horizontal scrolling bar in the admin kanban. It allows users using mouses to easily scroll horizontally which was not the case until now. The scroll bar is visible at the bottom of the screen.
- Remove discarded teams from teams tab. Discarded teams are not meaningful anymore, as a results they should not be joinable anymore. This is why discarded teams are removed from the teams tab.
- New filter by discarded projects/ideas. This filter is already available in the admin kanban of the call for ideas. It is now also available in catalogs and kanbans of the hub.
- Challenge filter renamed into Programs
- New webhook capability. When a user is created, deleted or its role is modified, this information is pushed to a specific address

- Translation center activation for super-admins. Until now the activation of the translation center could be done only by technical support. It is now possible for super admins to activate it directly inside the platform.
- Partner API improvement: Ability to move a team from step to step.
- New setting to send notifications to admins when an idea is submitted. This improvement also applies to any kind of program type (i.e. challenges included). When activated, a notification will be sent to all admins (super admin included) of the program as soon as an idea/participation is submitted. This comes deactivated by default.
- New send a message option in Hub and user profile When the feature of individual messaging is activated on a platform, it is now possible to send a message to team members/project owners from the Hub and from User profiles. This is applicable to any kind of user, i.e. admins and super admins can also contact participants individually using this feature.

- Properties and values for call for ideas. The properties are a new feature on the platform that allows admins to better qualify, structure, and select ideas. When working with multiple ideas, the pain point was that managing a large volume of ideas would become hard and painful without a way to arrange them. With the ability to add properties on them, admins can now collectively add information about them, filter them, qualify them, and apply their business case/workflow. How does it work? It is basically a "tagging" system available to any admins. They can add properties to ideas, as well as creating new properties that match their need.

- New option to notify participants when moving to next step. Until now, there was no notification for that. Admins needed to manually generate announcements in order to notify participants. There is now an option to do so with a regular platform notification + email that contains a link to the participation. This option is deactivated by default so that it does not impact existing programs. It is applicable to any kind of program (challenge, call for ideas, recruitment program, call for startups).
- Improve filters behaviour in kanban view. In the ideas management tab (admin kanban view), clicking outside the filter panel now automatically closes it and keeps the filters applied. The filter panel is now also sticky on the right side of the screen (compatible with horizontal scrolling in case of numerous columns)
- Days left in admin stats based on end of registration date. For free program types (kanban mode), the days left shown in the top right of the admin stats tab is now based on the end of registration date. Before, it was based on the end of program date which was not making sense for this kind of program.
- Free programs compatibility with page visibility at a given step. Until now free program types (kanban mode) were not compatible with the feature of the page builder allowing to define the visibility of a page for given steps only. This feature is now supported for free programs.
- Add trackers column in participations export. The participants details tab of the participations export now contains a tab listing trackers related to participants. Before, this information was only available in the user export at platform level.
- Partner API improvement: Create a program
- Improve step deletion mechanism. When configuring a program, there is often the need to create steps, test and eventually delete the step. Before, the step deletion was allowed only if there was nothing associated to it. For instance it was not possible to delete a step that did not contain any participation yet as soon as a jury or an announcement was defined in that step. Admins needed to manually delete them before being able to delete the step, which is very misleading and was generating unnecessary support from us. A step can now be deleted as soon as there is no participation inside it, related predefined announcements and juries are automatically deleted if any.

- Save design studio designs. Until now, designs could be done in one shot only. Admins can now access designs they made in a dedicated section. Designs are saved when downloading the image. Unfortunately there is currently an issue on Pixelixe (integrated tool used for this feature). I will let you know when the issue is fixed so that you can fully use this feature.
- German translations + translation fixes. Following the major wording refactor we did last month, we have performed a translation effort on all the platform in german so that the platform wording in german is now up to date. Also, there were some mistakes and/or untranslated elements. We also took the opportunity to fix these translations.
- Improve step ordering management in challenges. Until now, the timeline section was not allowing admins to clearly see which step is the current one and it was easy to make mistakes when managing step end dates and mess around with the whole timeline. A โcurrentโ information now shows directly to the admin which step is the current one. Also, as soon as the challenge as a start date defined, it is not possible anymore to add a step before the current one. If the start date is not defined yet, it is now allowed to define a step before the current one (i.e. changing the first step of the challenge) without causing side effects.
- Display time of flash messages increased to 5 sec. Flash messages are all messages shown on the platform a short amount of time when performing an action to provide feedback to the user about the action (ongoing, success, failure). This information was displayed a too short amount of time until now resulting in barely being able to read them.

- ๐ฅ Program templates. In order to simplify the program creation we are now introducing templates on all platforms. At program creation time, super admins can select templates according to the program type previously selected. Each type has the โblank templateโ default choice allowing to start from scratch. All templates are made available from templates.agorize.com and there is a link allowing to check the templates before actually choosing one.
- Program type in super-admin list of programs. Until now, there was no need to have this element since we only had challenges. Now that we have several types, there is the need to easily differentiate program types.
- New generic program types. We have introduced 2 new program types. One for simultaneous workflow (equivalent to challenge mode) and one for free workflow (used in call for ideas for instance). These 2 types are based on generic wording.
- Improve program duplication. Until now it was not easy to differentiate a copied program from the original one because it keeps the same name. We have changed that in order to append a โ(copy)โ word at the end.

- ๐ฅ Call for ideas / Recruitment program / Call for startups MVP. The platform now supports 3 new products: Call for ideas, Recruitment program and Call for startups. These 3 products are based on the free workflow system (kanban view) to manage ideas/applications one by one and transition them from steps to steps using drag and drop mechanism, each ot them having a specific set of wording.
- Replace โParticipation formโ by Participation Name and description in preview. Until now, the participation preview could result in a quite empty space showing โParticipation formโ only and a blank space below. It is now populated with the Participation name and its description.
- Include participation image in exports
- Simplify super admin creation. Until now, the super admin creation was in 2 steps. First we needed to create a regular admin account and then turn this account into a super admin account. This was pretty inconvenient. There is now a dedicated button at platform level to create new super admins.
- Differentiate super admin space vs admin space. Until now the sidebar had the same color which made difficult the identification of the 2 spaces. The admin space stays with the same color, the super admin sidebar however is now in black.

- Single community at registration time. It is now possible to configure a platform to allow single community selection. Until now users were able to select multiple communities which does not make sense (select student and startup communities for instance). This will now be the default for any new platform.
- Rework completion %. Until now, the % of completion of a participation is computed on the fly each time we need to use it, display it, export it. This is highly demanding in term of performances. We now store the information and use the stored information to display the % of completion in the participant space.

- New notifications in juries. We introduced a new option in juries called โNotify participantsโ which will notify participants when someone lets a comment on their participation when activated. Also, a notification will also be sent to users persons who already let comments on the same participation. These 2 notifications follow the same principle as other platform notifications (i.e. sent inside the platform and by email depending on user preferences)
- Adapt challenge banner format. We have reviewed the way the challenge banner is displayed by adding new breakpoints. This will make sure the layout is adapted to the standard screen resolutions (720p, 1080p, 2K, 4K,...)
- New option to hide the โteamsโ tab. The tab listing all the teams can now be hidden if this option is activated. By default this page is always visible to fit the current behavior

- Hub: Kanban view. The Agorize Hub is now enriched with a kanban view. It is a well-known visualisation model (e.g: Trello is the most known tool to use it). It is a paid feature that can be activated by EPMs.
- Participation form preview. It is now possible to preview the forms of all challenges steps. An admin can generate this preview page and share it to anyone, including unregistered users.
- Simplify User registration flow. The image profile step is skipped when there is no question on the same screen (when there is only 1 community)
- Challenge archiving for super admins. A super admin can now archive or unarchive challenges in the interface. The goal of this feature is to allow super administrators to clean the backlog of challenges and decide which ones can be accessed or not.
- Improved GA and GTM integration. In order to better track the behavior of our users on the platforms, the Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) integration has been improved according to the latest documentation. The regular GA setting on our platforms now allows to configure both UA (legacy) and G4 (new) GA tracking ids. Also, GA is now compatible with the SPA (single page application) specificity of our platform which allows to track the full behavior of a user (not only the fist visited page as it was currently the case)

- Fix When a visitor accesses a jury page, with low or medium visibility setting, on a challenge associated to a restriction group, he was redirected to the login page. Access to jury pages is now ignoring the challenge restriction so that visitors can reach the specific sign up for juries, unless a restriction is defined on the jury
- Fix Users could not change the language of jury pages even though admins can translate. A language selector has been added and navigation keeps the selected language

- Real time document in team workspace. This is a Google Doc like feature allowing teammates to work together on a document at the same time. Please refer to the latest technews sent by email for more information. This feature is already activated by default on all platforms.
- Support button for admins. Administrators now have a dedicated channel to send questions.
- Improve comments section of participations in juries. Comments section used to be in a tab on the left hand side of the screen and suffered from poor visibility. It is now always displayed in the right hand side of the screen. The goal is to improve interactions inside juries, especially when comments are public. This new display is active only when the option Display voterโs comments is activated.
- Restrict creation of categories. The creation of categories was too permissive and was creating some side effects on participation edition, announcements, step change,... In order to avoid these side effects, the creation of categories will now be disallowed as soon as a participation exists without any category defined on the challenge. Please make sure to tackle the category creation before the challenge starts, otherwise it wonโt be possible to add them afterwards.

- Fix language management of deliverables. The available languages for deliverables are now aligned with reality, i.e. only languages that are both defined as platform language AND challenge language

- Modification of the text to remove the statement that says that if a user continues to navigate, it is considered as consent. This is not the case anymore.
- When the user ignores the cookie banner by continuing to navigate or closing it using the cross, the cookie banner will remain visible until the user makes a choice. Until then, cookies are not stored.
